Shipping Information

At Maple & Oak, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Free Shipping

We currently offer:

Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect shipping information

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply
  • Delivery times may vary depending on local customs
  • Customers are responsible for any import-related fees
